Pricing & Payment Terms

Pricing. The purchase price for the products and services you wish to purchase are indicated on the Chantal.com Website. By placing an order to purchase a product or service, you agree to pay the purchase price set forth on the Chantal.com Website. In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, an error in pricing information received from our suppliers or our failure to timely update pricing information, Chantal shall have the right to cancel any order placed for a product or service listed at an incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Chantal shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount charged to your credit card.

Payment Terms. Payment terms are within Chantal's sole and absolute discretion and, unless otherwise agreed to by Chantal in writing, payment must be received by Chantal prior to Chantal's acceptance of your order. Payment for any product or service purchased through Chantal must be made by credit card.

You represent and warrant that if you purchase something from Chantal : (a) any credit card information you supply will be true, correct and complete; (b) you will use your best efforts to ensure that your credit card company honors any changes incurred by you; and (c) you will promptly pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes and handling fees.

Sales Tax, Shipping and Handling

Purchase prices do not include sales tax. Chantal may charge sales tax where applicable.

Purchase prices do not include shipping and handling charges. By placing an order, you agree to pay the shipping and handling charges set forth on the order verification.

All items purchased from Chantal are shipped FOB Chantal Warehouse. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

All orders received will ship within 48 hours. Exceptions to this will be posted on the web site during peak periods.

Promotional Offers

Promotional offerings on the Chantal website are available only on purchases made through the Chantal website.  These offerings may not be available on other websites or in retail stores. Other retailers are in no way obligated to participate in these offerings.

Return Policy

In order to receive a full refund, returned items must be new and in their original package. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you have any questions or concerns with your purchase, or if you wish to return any items, you can either Contact Us or call toll-free 1-800-365-4354, ext. 656 from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm CST. A Return Authorization number from Chantal is required. Returns without the Return Authorization number will not be accepted.
